There is an energy that is always orchestrating our lives, and by releasing the grip of control we open the potential for a more expanded experience in which we are in the flow of life.

‘I release control’ is designed for those of us who are more at ease with ‘doing’ than ‘being’. This is a reminder to trust in the divine plan, soften the resistance and open up to receive all that life has in store for us. This may be far greater that we can even imagine for ourselves right now – trust in the process.
