Embrace Your True Essence is the first stage of the True Essence Journey.

You can heal parts of your past that you didn’t realise were holding you back from your fullest expression of yourself right now.

This 4-week on-line course integrates shamanic ritual and ceremony as we gather in a small group of 6 to hold space for one another and support and help one another through this deeply healing and transformational journey.

You will receive daily rituals and meditations to support you throughout your personal journey to embrace your true essence.

The origins of this course

This 4 -week course was birthed from my own journey of stripping back the layers of who I thought I was, what society expected of me and the conditioning that has been placed on me. 

For those of you who know me, my journey began 10 years ago with a strong wake up call to connect with me – my authentic self.  It came in the form of a message to speak my truth, but I realised I didn’t know what my truth was. After years of people pleasing and being in jobs that strengthened my ego, not the real me. I had become lost.

I became a student of healing, self-growth and spirituality and I am still, and always will be, a work in progress. Embrace your true essence reflects where I have come after the years of introspection and deep self-enquiry. This journey gets better and with each passing week, more magic is revealed to me.

So, this course will evolve as a platform for my dharma – to share what has worked for me in the hope that some of these tools will help you on your own unique path.

One of the journeys that has heavily influenced this course was Gather the Women - Sister circle - a powerful healing journey that moved many of the women who did it, including me to write and publish a book - the women who gathered. All the proceed of this book go Bali Street Mums

What to expect from the online course

Over the 4 weeks we work with the girl that we were, exploring aspects of our inner child. We will connect deeply with the women we have become – connecting with our divine feminine and go on to meet the women we are becoming – our future self that’s evolving. 

Our energetic bodies will be activated throughout this process, but we will specifically work with the first four energy centres to complement these aspects of ourselves through meditation and breathwork.

We will be jumping through timelines, stripping back what has kept us bound and reclaiming our wholeness. This is self-honouring at its highest level, and I congratulate you for feeling the desire and devotion to your inner work. It is my greatest honour and a blessing to be able to facilitate this journey for you.
